School Games Gold Mark Award 2024

Going for Gold!

We are thrilled to announce that St Chad's CofE Primary School have achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the 2023/24 academic year! This award, led by the Youth Sport Trust, recognises their commitment to school and community sports.

‍

Highlights of our year:

• All of Key Stage 2 took part in sporting activities outside school.
• Year 3/4 teams competed in Cross Country, with two pupils representing Leeds and West Yorkshire.
• Participated in various events: multi-skills, swimming, outdoor activities, netball, wheelchair rugby, and basketball.
• With 58 young competitors and many dedicated volunteers, our school has truly shone in sports this year.
